The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
The Kaiser Lead is primarily responsible for preparing and distributing daily worklists and reports for multiple functions within the Kaiser Team. This role provides team-level support to ensure responsibilities are completed in alignment with departmental goals, assists the Supervisor/Manager with special projects, and applies established procedures and working knowledge of Kaiser account handling. The Kaiser Lead identifies issues of limited scope and complexity, recommends solutions, and helps minimize impacts to time, cost, and customer experience.
As a Kaiser Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Creating and distributing daily worklists, workload assignments, and operational reporting to support team execution and SLA adherence.
Serving as a primary resource for escalations and team questions, including priority account handling and coordination across queues (lost days, unbilled, orders, release requests).
Auditing accounts for quality assurance, identifying trends, and providing coaching, feedback, and training recommendations to improve performance.
Training and monitoring new employees and supporting team and department meeting facilitation and communications.
Partnering cross-functionally as a liaison among Sales, Field Service, and Collections while producing ad hoc reports and recommending process improvements, mass adjustments, and write-offs for management approval.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND Two (2) years of accounts receivable (AR) experience
OR
High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND Six (6) years of accounts receivable (AR) experience and one (1) year of call center experience
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
Working knowledge of intermediate accounting concepts and AR processes.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and strong planning, organization, and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills; ability to manage conflict and interact effectively with diverse customers while maintaining composure.
Healthcare background with experience in customer service, training/coaching, and leadership.
Experience supporting Kaiser accounts and related workflows.

Experience leading teams through training, coaching, and performance improvement initiatives.
Ability to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in business relationships.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and effective conflict resolution capabilities.
Strong teamwork and critical thinking skills, including prioritization, time management, active listening, adaptability, and decision-making.
