Integrated Schedule Specialist

As a Boeing employee you will be part of a highly motivated Team that does great things every day. ​Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Integrated Schedule Specialist to join our team in Tukwila, WA.

Responsibilities may include:

• Develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains, an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements.
• Produces metrics for plans and schedules for moderately complex projects, programs, and change activities across the lifecycle of a program.
• Performs studies/analysis and planning efforts, within and/or across programs/projects, organizations or business units to determine impacts, constraints, and plans involving product development, production rates, production development activities, process improvement, or program initiatives.
• Develops the Integrated Master Plan, schedule and supports change incorporation plans related to integrated scheduling products.
• Performs integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners of moderate complexity. Identifies, analyzes and reports performance variances to management.
• Works with customers to develop performance recovery plans and incorporates recovery plans where appropriate.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 2+ years experience in a role that requires strategic planning (project/program management); project management skills and tools
• 2+ years of experience working with cross functional and geographically diverse teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree
• Aerospace or defense industry manufacturing scheduling experience 
• PMP and/or Scheduling Professional certification

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary Pay Range: $81,600 - $110,000/Annually
