Shift Schedule:

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM

2nd Shift Starting Pay: $26.75 (+ 8% Shift Premium)

3rd Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM

3rd Shift Starting Pay: $26.75 (+ 8% Shift Premium)

As a EHS Coach at Caterpillar you will:

  • Assist with accidents, near misses, and walk-back investigations.

  • Address employee’s health, safety, or environmental issues (frequent safety and environmental walks)

  • Attend Start of Shift Meetings

  • Relies on problem-solving to complete job tasks

  • Meet deadlines

  • Prioritize work

  • Assist with updating safety plans, documentation, and safety files

  • Use cross-functional communications to complete task

  • Effectively work with teams

  • Create safety, health, and environmental communications to promote awareness

Basic Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills

  • Prior EHS experience

Top Candidates will also have:

  • Assembly or Fabrication experience

  • Safety Training above required training

  • Safety Investigation Experience

  • Risk assessment Training/Experience

Schedule:

Possible rotation due to business needs.

Summary Pay Range:

$26.75 - $33.45

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
