Some of the things you will do:

•  Fill drums and containers, take required in-process samples, and ensure accurate labeling.
•  Gather raw materials, prepare and clean process equipment, and support drumming and other assigned operational tasks.
•  Operate material-handling equipment, such as hand trucks and powered lift trucks, in accordance with safety guidelines.
•  Follow all safety procedures, use required personal protective equipment, and participate in safety and training programs.
•  Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area, including general housekeeping and equipment cleaning.
•  Manufacture batches according to SOPs, ensuring proper use of production equipment and accurate inventory practices.
•  Weigh, measure, and verify raw materials to ensure correct ingredients and quantities.
•  Assist with maintenance activities and communicate effectively with team members during shift changes.
 

Position Requirements:        

Education - High School graduate.  Technical training preferred.

Experience - 12-18 months chemical operator experience at a continuous or batch facility is preferred.

Physical Demands - Lifts between 50 lbs. - 15%-40% of the time.  Must climb up and down flights of stairs and/or ladders.

Must pass pulmonary function test to wear respirator.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $47,960.00 and $70,334.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
