In This Role, You Will:

• Conduct annual true-up process for US 401K and Canada RRSP
• Conducts or assists with nondiscrimination testing to determine compliance with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA)
• Assists senior retirement administrator in preparing Form 5500
• Provides plan participants information regarding plan design and benefit distributions
• Maintains current knowledge of pension regulation and compliance issues, changes, and developments by attending and participating in continuing education and training sessions
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Administer and engage in the interactive process with employees requesting ADA for Canada and US
• Process/advise on parental, medical, personal leave, STIR, STD, and Critical Illness (CAN) for US, Canada, and Europe
• Place and remove employee on leave in Workday
• Create leave plans, engage/discuss said leave plans with employees
• Adhere to state/government policies
• Ensure leave is processed correctly with Prudential
• Calculate employee’s pay in relation to their leave and collaborate with payroll to ensure proper payment

Here's What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• At least five years of experience in pension administration required
• Basic understanding of ERISA-qualified retirement plans
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet fixed deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
