Job Description
What you will do:
- Supports day-to-day usage and serves as the technical lead and authority on the construction and scheduling of individual webinars/multi-day webinars using the ON24 and WebEx platforms
- Consults with internal teams and external partners to provide directional support during event creation and troubleshooting
- Generates holistic webinar reporting to surface insights and informs the strategic direction and customer experience of future webinars
- Develops technical expertise across our platforms, and works in a knowledge-transfer capacity by developing best practices and training materials to share with the organization
What you need to succeed:
- 2+ years experience working in B2B Marketing
- Minimum 1 year of Webinar/Webcast experience (ON24 and WebEx preferred)
- Ability to multitask, manage and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work well independently and as a member of a team
- A service-oriented mindset to create delight and excitement with webinar participants
- Smart, bold but humble attitude to work collaboratively with CyberArk colleagues across the globe
