Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting. Must have skills : EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration Good to have skills : Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required

Educational Qualification : Bachelor's degree

Technical Experience : 1 Storage administrators are responsible for managing the secure and efficient storage of an organizations electronic data, including electronic files and storage hardware 2 Develop, configure, and maintain storage systems and resources, often involving a combination of onsite storage and offsite virtual or cloud-based solutions 3 Good Knowledge on Network Attached Devices NAS, Storage Area Network SAN and also Storage Monitoring Tools Professional Attributes : Good communication skill, Leadership skills, team handling skills, team building, analytical skills and good presentation skills and ability to work independently Willing to work in 24/7 support rotational shifts
