Zscaler Engineer
Work Location- Bangalore(3 days hybrid)
Work Timing- 1 pm to 10 pm IST
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Zscaler Operations Consultant to support and optimize cloud security services across ZIA, ZPA, and SIPA. The role focuses on policy management, troubleshooting, service governance, and operational support within a Zero Trust environment.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience with Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, SIPA
- Knowledge of Zero Trust / ZTNA and Cloud Security
- Experience in policy tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Understanding of network security concepts (DNS, DHCP, Load Balancing)
- Experience in incident support and operational monitoring
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
- Automation or scripting (Python, Ansible, Terraform)
- Experience with monitoring tools like Wireshark / LogicMonitor
