Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Zonal Business Manager, based out of Chennai. The successful candidate will oversee and drive the business growth in their assigned zone, managing operations and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, leading a team to achieve business objectives, developing strategies to expand market reach focusing on Enterprise customers. They will ensure alignment with company goals and optimize operations to achieve regional profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills
• Strong in IT services with minimum 10 Years of relevant experience.
• Team leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders
• Proven ability to meet sales targets, negotiate deals, and handle financial planning
• Analytical mindset and decision-making capabilities
• Previous experience in managerial roles, IT services business unit in a reputed company

• Minimum Engineering Degree or MBA with meritorious academic track record
