Job Description
Job Scope:
Managing multiple Monitoring Setup, day to day administration of Monitoring tools.
Job Responsibilities
- SME for Zabbix
- Management of Zabbix Infra
Must Have Skill:
- Hands on experience on monitoring tools. Zabbix experience is mandatory
- Installation, maintenance, removal and reinstallation of monitoring tools (ability to install and configure Zabbix server, Zabbix proxy server and Zabbix endpoints.
- Sound knowledge of Windows and Linux.
- Good knowledge of scripting
- Ability to write functions / script to enable monitors of all technology endpoints like OS, Network devices, Firewall etc
- Proficiency in monitoring and management communications, technologies including wmi, snmp, syslog
- Troubleshooting and fixing monitoring issues
Good to have Skills
- Understanding of Network and Cloud
Qualification and Experience:
- B.E/MCA/Graduation/Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience.

- Adhere to Response/Resolutions timelines
- Handling escalated calls.
