Location: Chennai, Open for other locations including Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Delhi NCR

Experience: 8+ Years

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have:

HCM Foundation, Configure business process, Workday Security administration ,Business process framework, Calculated fields, Workday Reporting, Integrations. Testing methodologies

Good-to-Have:

Workday studio or core connectors, Workday extend, workday release management

Certifications Required:

Workday Certified

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

• Configuration Management : Apply and validate configuration changes, updating business processes and integrations as per change requests.
• Feature Enablement : Enable and test features such as PRISM, Studio, and OSX, ensuring they function optimally within the tenant environments
• Data Management : Manage data scrambling, protection, and migration in lower environments, ensuring data security and integrity.
• Technical Support : Provide hands-on technical support for tenant provisioning, refresh, and configuration updates, executing tasks under the direction of the Tenant Management Lead.
• Monitoring and Alerts : Track PRISM consumption, threats, and tenant performance, generating alerts and monitoring reports to maintain system integrity.
