About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Workday HCM Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Workday integration development. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across Workday tools, integrations, and financial/supply-chain-related processes. This role requires strong collaboration with business and technical teams to design, build, test, and deploy integrations at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Build and maintain integrations across Workday HCM, Financials, and/or Supply Chain Management modules.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, map data, and ensure accurate integration flows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, data issues, and performance challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ERP, middleware, third-party, and financial institution integrations.
• Ensure adherence to integration development standards, versioning, documentation, and best practices.
• Participate in Workday release impact analysis and system enhancement cycles.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of Workday integration development experience.
• Strong expertise in:
• Workday Studio
• EIB
• Core Connectors
• Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, XPATH, Java, JSON, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Financials and/or Supply Chain Management modules.
• Solid understanding of FSCM processes including:
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Expenses
• Supplier Management
• Experience integrating with middleware and third-party systems (banks, suppliers, procurement systems, payment gateways).
• Strong analytical, problemsolving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Good-to-Have

• Workday Integration Core Certification
• Experience with cloud financial systems, ERP integrations, or large-scale Workday deployments.
• Familiarity with modern integration frameworks and security standards.
