Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday Revenue Management Workday HCM and Workday Integrations. A background in Finance & Accounting is a plus. This role involves developing and maintaining Workday solutions that drive our business forward and enhance our operational efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Workday Revenue Management solutions to optimize financial processes and reporting.
  • Oversee the implementation and customization of Workday HCM modules to meet organizational needs.
  • Provide expertise in Workday Integrations to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Lead the design and development of Workday integrations using Workday Studio EIB and other tools.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within Workday applications by implementing best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday applications and integrations.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal system performance.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of Workday solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest Workday features and functionalities to recommend improvements.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis design coding testing and deployment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that Workday solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Document technical specifications configurations and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in Workday Revenue Management Workday HCM and Workday Integrations.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Show proficiency in using Workday Studio EIB and other integration tools.
  • Have a background in Finance & Accounting which is a nice to have skill.
  • Display a strong understanding of data integrity and security best practices.
