- Strong expertise in Workday Integration Tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio).
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD and Workday Spoke for Integration Hub .
- Proficiency in XML, XSLT , SOAP , and REST APIs .
- Strong understanding and implementation experience with OAuth and SAML authentication .
- 5+ years of relevant experience and immediate availability .
Good to Have Skills:
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and advanced Integration Hub patterns.
- Knowledge of Workday HCM business processes and HR domain workflows.
- Exposure to security, identity management , and single sign-on integrations.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Prior experience in large-scale enterprise or HR transformation projects.
