Job Description

We are looking for 9+yrs ERP of experienced professionals ,with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in Workday, Core HCM, Talent & Performance Management, and Absence Management modules.


The ideal candidate excels in configuring, optimizing, and supporting these modules to drive HR efficiency, compliance, and business alignment in a dynamic, multinational environment. This role involves close collaboration with HR stakeholders across India, US, and Canada offices to deliver scalable Workday solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into Workday configurations for HCM, Talent, Performance, and Absence modules, and ensure seamless integration.
  • Lead system testing, troubleshoot defects (including Absence and security issues), conduct post-implementation reviews, and manage year-end activities.
  • Configure and manage performance review cycles, including goal setting, self-evaluations, manager/peer feedback, calibration, Feedback tools, Career Profiles, and Mentorship programs.
  • Design, implement, and automate workflows for Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), disciplinary actions, and Absence Management (plans, accruals, eligibility rules, time-off policies) to support HR compliance.
  • Provide ongoing support, enhancements, training, and end-user adoption for Talent functionalities, Core HCM features, and security role assignments.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, HR, or related field; Workday HCM, Talent, or Absence certifications preferred.
  • Proven 5+ years in Workday configuration for HCM, Talent/Performance (goals, reviews, succession), and Absence (accruals, plans, defects).
  • Strong experience with integrations, data migration, custom reports, and Workday updates/best practices.


Preferred Skills

  • Excellent stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and project management in global HR contexts.
  • Familiarity with Workday Studio, security configurations, and cross-module links (e.g., Absence to Payroll/Time Tracking).
  • Ability to deliver training and drive employee engagement through optimized Talent tools.
