Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience in Workday HCM Workday Integrations and Workday Finance. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a good understanding of Finance and Accounting domains. This role will involve developing implementing and maintaining Workday solutions to support our business needs.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Workday HCM solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of Workday with other systems to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Design and develop custom reports and dashboards in Workday.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the Workday system.
  • Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary updates.
  • Lead the testing and validation of Workday configurations and integrations.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Workday functionalities.
  • Monitor system performance and optimize processes for efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest Workday features and best practices.
  • Participate in project planning and management activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

  • Have a good understanding of Finance and Accounting domains.
