Construction Manager Wind Turbine Generators (WTG)

We are recruiting 3 Construction Managers WTG for a 1.5 GW utility-scale wind farm in Kungrad, Uzbekistan.

This role sits at the core of wind farm execution. Heavy logistics. Complex sequencing. Zero margin for error.

Project Overview

• Wind Capacity: 1.5 GW
• Delivery Model: Full EPC
• Location: Kungrad, Uzbekistan

Role Conditions

• Single status
• 100% site-based
• 6 days per week. MondaySunday rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Lead construction delivery of WTG works from foundation to commissioning
• Oversee foundation, tower, nacelle, blade erection, and energisation
• Manage heavy-lift operations, cranage, logistics, and OEM interfaces
• Control schedule, productivity, HSE, and quality across large wind zones
• Coordinate EPC, OEM, and balance-of-plant contractors

Mandatory Requirements. Non-Negotiable

• 15+ years total construction experience
• End-to-end EPC wind project delivery
• Hands-on delivery of a single wind project 250 MW capacity
• Deep experience in WTG erection and heavy lift planning
• Strong leadership in remote, high-pressure site environments
