Job Description
Koderbox is a fast-growing education and technology company offering online courses in Japanese, German, French, and Coding , along with software development services. We focus on quality learning, clear communication, and long-term customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will be confident in creating and closing new sales opportunities . Using a consultative sales approach, you will understand customer needs, qualify leads, and convert them into successful enrollments across our education programs.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Create new business from both new and existing customers
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Use a consultative approach to understand customer needs and recommend the right course
- Manage conversations and negotiations with senior-level professionals and decision-makers
- Build strong rapport and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Update and manage leads using CRM or tracking tools
- Coordinate with marketing and training teams to improve conversions
- 25 years of quota-carrying sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience using CRM systems for lead and sales management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Polite, confident, and customer-focused attitude
- Experience in education, training, or service-based sales is a plus
- Work with a growing brand in education and technology
