The ideal candidate will be confident in creating and closing new sales opportunities . Using a consultative sales approach, you will understand customer needs, qualify leads, and convert them into successful enrollments across our education programs.

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
• Create new business from both new and existing customers
• Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Use a consultative approach to understand customer needs and recommend the right course
• Manage conversations and negotiations with senior-level professionals and decision-makers
• Build strong rapport and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Update and manage leads using CRM or tracking tools
• Coordinate with marketing and training teams to improve conversions
  

• 25 years of quota-carrying sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience using CRM systems for lead and sales management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Polite, confident, and customer-focused attitude
• Experience in education, training, or service-based sales is a plus
