Wellness Manager

Seven Seas Live Long Centreis adoctor-led wellness centrefocused on prevention, lifestyle correction, disease-risk reduction, and healthspan enhancement.

This isnot a spa-only role.

We are looking for a dynamic, relationship-drivenWellness Managerto lead guest engagement, front desk excellence, community outreach, and membership growth at our Jammu centre.

• Manage incoming calls, inquiries, walk-ins, and front desk experience
• Schedule consultations and support lead-to-membership conversion
• Build strong client relationships and drive renewals/retention
• Curate and coordinate wellness talks, activation events, and community programs
• Represent the centre at official and local events for awareness and lead generation
• Collaborate with the Ayurvedic doctor and internal team for client continuity
• Maintain CRM, daily reports, and pipeline tracking (leads, consults, closures, revenue)

• Experience in wellness, healthcare, hospitality, luxury services, or client relationship roles
• Strong communication and people skills
• Target orientation with ownership mindset
• Comfort with events, outreach, and conversion-driven responsibilities
