Responsibilities

• Translate brand identities and guidelines into visually stunning and user-friendly website designs using Figma.
• Create innovative, out-of-the-box design solutions that set our clients apart from generic website templates.
• Develop responsive layouts that maintain visual integrity across various devices and screen sizes.
• Incorporate UI best practices and consider user experience in all design decisions, ensuring intuitive navigation and interaction.
• Design engaging micro-interactions and animations that enhance the user experience while being feasible to implement on Webflow.
• Collaborate closely with brand strategists, UX designers, and Webflow developers to ensure designs meet brand objectives, user needs, and technical possibilities.
• Manage multiple website design projects simultaneously, meeting all deadlines and quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies, continuously refining your skills and expanding your creative toolkit.
• Contribute to Studio Carbon's reputation as a leader in innovative web design by proactively suggesting new design approaches or technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, UI Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or relevant work experience).
• 4-6 years of proven experience in website design, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and brand-aligned web projects.

Required Skills

• Exceptional visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color theory, and composition in digital spaces.
• Expert-level skills in Figma for website design and prototyping.
• Familiarity with Webflow's capabilities and limitations to design within the platform's possibilities.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and Webflow for effective collaboration with website developers.
• Experience in designing interactive elements and animations for websites.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to both team members and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
