The Role

We are hiring a Web & Product Engineer who can work across both WordPress (Growth/Marketing) and Next.js (Product/Learning) .

You will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Operations Team along with other departments to build:

• High-converting landing pages on WordPress
• Modern, interactive user experiences on our Next.js-based dashboard and system
• Automations that connect tools, reduce manual work, and improve user journeys

This is a builders role not a ticket-based job.

What You Will Work On

1. Growth & Marketing (WordPress + HTML/CSS)

• Build pixel-perfect landing pages and product pages from Figma.
• Create reusable HTML templates for campaigns, emailers, and ads.
• Manage and optimize our WordPress setup including:
• Custom Design Pages
• Speed optimization
• SEO-friendly structures
• Plugin management

2. Learning Product (Next.js + React)

• Develop features for our modern Internal Team & Learner Dashboard .
• Build responsive, interactive UI components and systems in React/Next.js.
• Improve the overall learning and working experience through design + engineering.

3. Systems, Automations & The Magic

• Build small scripts or workflows to make systems talk to each other.
• Work with APIs, webhooks, and integrations.

What We Are Looking For

Must-Have Skills

• 13 years of experience in Web Development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript , HTML5, CSS3
• Solid experience with WordPress (Elementor, templates, functions)
• Experience with React or Next.js (beginner or intermediate acceptable if eager to learn)
• Ability to convert Figma designs into responsive pages
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and basic Node.js

Bonus Points

• Basic PHP knowledge (for WP hooks & theme customization)
• Experience with performance optimization
• Understanding of analytics, GTM, or SEO
• Experience writing scripts/automations to reduce manual tasks
• A GitHub or portfolio showing projects you built from scratch
