Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of the 1 Finance philosophy, advisory approach, and suite of services to effectively align client needs with customized financial solutions
Conduct comprehensive assessments of client profiles to design personalized financial plans based on individual goals, risk appetite, and overall financial position
Monitor the execution and progress of financial plans, conducting regular client check-ins to ensure continued alignment with the recommended strategy
Prepare clear, structured, and precise advisory documentation for client communication and internal reference
Verify, cross-check, and validate all financial plans to ensure they are accurate, comprehensive, realistic, and compliant with applicable standards
Execute end-to-end client servicing activities , providing ongoing support and resolving queries to enhance overall client experience and satisfaction
Design and deliver timely nudges and reminders to encourage clients to take recommended financial actions
Ensure strict adherence to internal quality benchmarks , regulatory guidelines, and safety/compliance requirements

Experience:

The candidate should have 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience into Indian Wealth Advisory

Skills:

Proficiency in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to help clients build and secure their financial futures.
Solid understanding of Investments and Wealth Management Services for effective asset management and portfolio optimization.
Strong foundational knowledge in Finance to offer strategic insights and comprehensive support to clients.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to establish trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments with adaptability to shifting priorities
