Warehouse Executive

At The Fresh Factory, every ingredient and product has a story and we need a detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to ensure they are stored, handled, and dispatched with care. This role is key to keeping our caf and retail operations running smoothly.

What Youll Do:

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for timely replenishment
• Ensure proper storage conditions for perishable and non-perishable items
• Monitor quality control and maintain cleanliness in line with our brands standards
• Support periodic stock audits and process improvements

What Were Looking For:

• 12 years experience in warehouse/store management, preferably in F&B or retail
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Knowledge of inventory software is an advantage
