Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Working Days: 5.5 Days Working

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive who is strong in Microsoft Excel and data management. The role involves preparing reports, maintaining sales/operations data, and supporting teams with accurate MIS reporting.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and strong analytical ability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Manage and maintain large data sets in Excel
• Support sales and operations teams with data analysis and reporting
• Create summary reports and dashboards
• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and update data
• Maintain reporting formats and databases

Required Skills

Education

• Graduate in any discipline

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including:

• VLOOKUP
• HLOOKUP
• COUNTIF
• SUMIF
• IF & IFS formulas
• Understanding of difference between IF and IFS
• Excel shortcuts and formula efficiency
• Basic data analysis

Other Skills

• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work with large data sets
• Team coordination

Experience

1 3 years of experience in MIS / Reporting / Data Management roles preferred.
