Role Overview VoIP Lead

We are looking for aseasoned VoIP Leadto spearhead our voice communications platform. You will architect, design, and manage scalable VoIP infrastructures, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

Youll work with technologies likeAsterisk and databases likeMySQLorPostgreSQL, while leveraging scripting skills to automate, troubleshoot, and optimize systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of VoIP systems usingAsteriskorFreeSWITCH.
• Implement SIP routing and load balancing usingKamailioorOpenSIPS.
• Ensure high availability and scalability of VoIP infrastructure.
• Work withMySQLorPostgreSQLfor system configurations and logging.
• Build automation and monitoring tools usingShell,Perl, orPython.
• Troubleshoot call quality issues, latency, and jitter ensuring crystal-clear communication.
• Collaborate with global DevOps and Infrastructure teams for seamless integrations.
• Drive performance optimization, security hardening, and compliance for voice platforms.

Requirements

• 710 years of hands-on experience in VoIP systems architecture and operations.
• Deep expertise inAsteriskand/orFreeSWITCH.
• Strong experience withKamailioorOpenSIPSfor SIP signaling.
• Proficiency withMySQLorPostgreSQL.
• Advanced scripting capabilities inShell,Perl, orPython.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven leadership in building resilient communication infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience from call centres would be a must .
