VMC, HMC & VTL Setter, Programmer, Shift In-Charge

This is a full-time, on-site position in SRI KRISH AUTOMATION , Coimbatore for a VMC, HMC & VTL Setter, Programmer, and Shift In-Charge . The role involves setting, programming, and operating VMC, HMC, and VTL machinery to ensure efficient and precise production. Key responsibilities include managing shift operations, supervising teams, maintaining machine performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The candidate must also ensure the timely completion of production schedules and the proper maintenance of machinery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in setting, programming, and operating VMC, HMC, and VTL machines
• Experience in CNC programming /Mastercam Programming, tool selection, and optimization
• Strong ability to supervise teams and handle shift management responsibilities
• Knowledge of machining operations, quality control processes, and equipment maintenance
• Ability to ensure accuracy and efficiency in production
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Diploma or certification in Mechanical or Production Engineering, or equivalent experience
