Role Overview

The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for designing and implementing effective visual displays in-store to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales. This includes creating appealing displays, window setups, and in-store layouts aligned with brand standards and trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and implement visual merchandising strategies for the store and displays.

- Create window displays, signage, and in-store layouts that attract customers and highlight products.

- Collaborate with retail, merchandising, and marketing teams to align displays with promotions and campaigns.

- Monitor and refresh visual displays regularly based on trends, sales performance, and seasonal changes.

- Train store staff on maintaining visual standards and brand presentation guidelines.

- Provide feedback and insights on product placement, presentation, and customer engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

- 23 years of experience in visual merchandising in retail or fashion, preferably in apparel.

- Strong understanding of design principles, color, lighting, and layout techniques.

- Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to adapt displays quickly.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

- Bachelors degree in Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising, or related field.
