Position: Visiting Faculty Event Management

Reporting to: Head of Department / Director

Location: MIT ADT University, Vishwaraj Baug, Loni Kalbhor, Pune, Maharashtra 412201

Joining Requirement: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Role Type: Academic Session-Based (Visiting Faculty)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Event Management classes strictly as per the university timetable
• Ensure regular classroom engagement and effective academic delivery
• Mark daily student attendance as per academic norms
• Design, conduct, and evaluate assignments, internal assessments, and practical work
• Evaluate student performance and update marks on the university system within stipulated timelines
• Support academic coordination related to the Event Management elective
• Mentor students for academic projects and practical exposure

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Postgraduate qualification in Event Management / Management / Mass Communication or a related field
• Relevant industry experience in event planning, execution, production, budgeting, and logistics
• Prior teaching or academic coordination experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and commitment to academic discipline
