Claidroid Technologies Hiring Senior VisionPLUS Developer / Card Engineering Specialist (Pune & Hyderabad)

Claidroid Technologies is looking for experienced VisionPLUS Developers / Card Engineering Specialists to join our growing engineering team supporting large-scale digital transformation programs for global BFSI clients.

If you have strong hands-on knowledge of VisionPLUS (CMS / FAS / TRAMS) and mainframe development, this role is your next move.

Role Overview

You will work across VisionPLUS batch and online systems, develop and maintain COBOL/CICS programs, troubleshoot production incidents, and contribute to solution design, performance improvements, and engineering best practices.

Key Requirements

• 510 years of core development experience in the VisionPLUS product
• Strong hands-on in CMS, FAS, TRAMS , and credit card processing flows
• Expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS, File Manager on z/OS
• Experience with ChangeMan / Endevor , batch scheduling tools
• Strong understanding of VisionPLUS online architecture and debugging
• Good exposure to DevOps & Agile practices
• Excellent communication, analytical & problem-solving skills
