About the job
The Role
We're hiring a high-energy Video Producer to create, edit, and publish video content across YouTube and Shorts. You'll own 2-3 video properties from recording to publicationboth online and offline content.
What You'll Do
- Record and edit engaging video content for multiple formats
- Manage full production pipeline: concept recording editing publishing
- Create optimized content for YouTube long-form and Shorts
- Write titles, descriptions, and design thumbnails
- Maintain publishing schedules and track performance
Must Have:
- High energy and self-starter attitude
- Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
- Understanding of YouTube platform and optimization
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Nice to Have:
- Short-form content experience
- Basic graphic design skills
- Remote recording experience
