Job Overview:

Performance-focused Video Editor responsible for delivering short-form ad creatives aligned to defined creative guidelines and SOPs. You will prioritize fast, consistent output by batching variations, maintaining clean exports, and accurately implementing iteration feedback from the Hook Architect and Creative Supervisor.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form performance creatives using defined creative frameworks and presets; produce multiple variants per concept.
• Execute hook pacing, captions, supers, SFX, and music as per creative guidelines
• Maintain export specs (ratios, codecs, audio levels) and follow naming/versioning SOP strictly
• Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately; re-export and re-upload without introducing new errors
• Ensure clean file hygiene: organized project files, source links, and deliverable folders
• Follow structured workflows across Creation Assembly QA Upload
• Maintain daily output targets while preserving quality standards
• Flag unclear briefs or missing assets proactively

Qualifications and Skills:

• 15 years of video editing experience
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent editing software)
• Comfortable working in repetitive, high-volume production workflows
• Good sense of pacing and visual rhythm
• Attention to detail (captions, alignment, cuts, audio levels, export settings)
• Reliable, disciplined, and comfortable receiving direct feedback
• Ability to work within strict SOP-driven environments

Additional Skills:

• Basic After Effects knowledge (simple motion graphics, kinetic text, transitions)
• Experience editing performance ads (UGC, product demos, proof-based ads)
• Familiarity with Meta/TikTok creative formats
• Exposure to batch production environments
