• Visualize news production content quality standards for all editing related assignments.
•  Publish stories/programs with optimum audio video quality for WION channel.
• Ensure error free timely bulletins by addressing all PCR related operations.
• Submit innovative ideas to add value in production.
• Ability to edit promos and treat visuals on offline graphics software
•  Edit & produce stories for Digital and Social Media platform.
•  Suggest creative inputs to help elevate the visuals effects of the video output.
• Contribute to achieving 100% customer satisfaction by maintaining Video Editing Equipment + Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting.
• Continuously work on Self-Development initiatives.

Required Skills - 

• Audio-Video Editor - Knowledge of Non-Linear Editing with technical knowhow of server-based edit setup.
• Software Skills: Velocity / Adobe Premier Pro.  
• Graphics Software (a must): Adobe Photoshop / Adobe After effects.
• Must have worked in an English TV newsroom. 
• Flexible to work in shifts including night.
