Role Summary:

We are looking for a talented Video Content Developer to join our digital team. The candidate will be responsible for creating and editing engaging video content, including social media videos, explainer videos, and montage-style videos.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit high-quality videos for social media platforms (Reels, Shorts, Ads, Campaigns, etc.)

Create explainer videos, patient-education videos, and service-awareness videos

Develop montage and storytelling-style videos using clinic / doctor / procedure footage

Repurpose long-form videos into short content optimised for each platform

Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams for smooth project execution

Requirements:

13 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics

Proficiency in industry tools (Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / Other SM content tools like Filmora)

Basic knowledge of colour grading, sound mixing, and video formatting for digital platforms

Creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of social media trends

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
