Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Vice President in Franchising the brand.

The ideal candidate should have a flair of the franchising industry norms , understand how to pitch to franchisees, franchise relationship management. The company operates on a FOCO model and its a pure Company operated franchising business.

The Candidate should have a good network of franchisee mindset investors and also be willing to travel and close the leads.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with team members and clients
• Great interpersonal skills and good negitation skills.
• Willing to travel and meet clients.
• Min of 8+ yrs of experience in franchising management
