Vice President - Finance Lead Operations

Drive value for customers through rigor in operations management, modernization, and transformation in working with data and digital partners.

Deliver Zero surprise operations with a close pulse on customer pain points. Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify risks, understand and call out performance gaps and/or performance breakthroughs. Develop and implement improvement plans to close performance gaps.

Growth mindset, work collaboratively across teams to develop strong value proposition for clients to enable continuous growth in client engagement. Own P&L outcomes aligned to short- and long-term planning.

Provide direction and mentorship to the Globally located operations team for delivery of goals, promote a learning culture and build a solid team with great operational practices.

Own talent management agenda, strong engagement culture that ensures retention of skills and talent across levels.

Build impactful customer relationship; improve Net Promoter Score. maintain existing book of business, and drive revenue growth.

This will be Service Delivery Leader position in Insurance Vertical.

Individual will be responsible to manage multiple clients across geos

Work and manage delivery spread across national and international delivery centers

Understanding of Insurance Industry and deep domain knowledge of F&A.
