Vendor Oversight Support Analyst

Your role

We're looking for [Vendor Oversight manager] to:
Create monthly scorecard reporting for all high-, and moderate-risk vendors

o Consolidate/organize all relevant data (incidents, news, assessments, issues) related to the vendor
o Information comes from various sources and cross function groups
o Coordinate and gather data from various sources/groups
o Track Service Level agreements (SLA) by contract & business and create database of SLA metrics and whether they are met by standards agreed
o Retain evidence
· Initiation and tracking of security audits for all high-, and moderate-risk vendors
· Track all issues/incidents by vendor
o Non-financial risk issues by severity
o Incidents reported by internal operations or IT and reported by vendor
· Prepare various reporting:
- Periodic management reviews
- Business review on vendor progress
- Committees (CORC, ERMC, Board)
- Contract reviews
o Stakeholder meetings
- Coordinate meetings and prepare materials
o Issue escalation
· Audit and exam support
· Support Business Continuity Planning
· Support cost/vendor expense management and Forecast reporting
o Track expenses incurred/paid by vendor

Your team

Individual expected to provide operational support to the channel leaders that manage/oversight all external vendors supporting the following core product areas:

· Residential Lending
· Commercial Lending
· Cards & Deposits
· High Net worth lending

Your expertise

Minimum Qualifications:
· Education – College degree
· Experience – Banking industry experience
· Written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational, analytic, and organizational skills
· Able to produce professional presentations & reports
· Able to prioritize and adapt to changing deadlines
