Job Title: Manager : Vendor Management

Experience: 10+ Years

Industry Preference: Medical Equipment (CT / MRI)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with external vendors for UPS, RF Injectors, and other 3P related equipment.
• Manage and monitor service vendor performance and support activities.
• Handle forecasting and planning for inventory to ensure service continuity.
• Maintain proper inventory levels for CT/MRI 3P items.
• Liaise with external service teams and vendors to ensure timely availability of equipment.
• Track vendor deliveries, service schedules, and compliance with company standards.
• Prepare inventory reports, forecasting data, and vendor coordination updates.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in vendor management (3P) in the CT/MRI or medical equipment industry.
• Strong knowledge of service spare parts, UPS systems, RF injectors, and third-party parts procurement (3PP).
• Experience in inventory planning, forecasting, and vendor coordination.
• Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills with vendors and internal teams.
