Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vendor Development professional located in New Delhi. The individual will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the delivery of quality goods and services. Additional responsibilities include monitoring supplier performance, optimizing procurement strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to align vendor capabilities with company goals.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in vendor development in Automotive Industry or Tires Industry is an advantage
• Strong Business Planning and Analytical Skills to evaluate vendor performance and develop procurement strategies
• Excellent Communication and Sales skills to negotiate contracts and build strong vendor relationships
• Experience in Training and developing vendors to meet company requirements
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
