Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) 

Must-Have** 

(Ideally should not be more than 5-10) 

Experience in providing solutions and technical architecture for Veeva CRM Suite Applications 

Experience in full System Development Life Cycle (Proposal, Process Engineering, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Support) Knowledge in Application Design and Development using Salesforce Apex, Salesforce Configurations, Veeva Vault SDK and Veeva Vault Platform configuration. 

Experience in Veeva Approved Email, Veeva Network , Veeva Opendata , Veeva Crossix , Veeva Engage, Veeva Events Management 

Experience with large project management and Salesforce Based  implementations. Cloud implementation is a plus. 

Migration, Agile experience and comfortable using Agile tools like Jira. Scrum master certification is a plus.  

Experience with REST Web-services and messaging/streaming solutions. 

Good to have AJAX, JavaScript  

Good-to-Have 

Experience in Development related to Veeva Platform like Veeva API, Vault Java SDK,Vault Query Language (VQL),Salesforce Apex, Salesforce Administrator  

Prior experience in Tools like Servicce Now,Jira and SharePoint. 

Experience working with virtual teams and multiple stakeholders at varied levels within an organization 

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role  

Role works closely with Product Manager and Product Owner and also aligns with the Support team(L2/L3)
