Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Valuation Associate, located in Ahmedabad. The Valuation Associate will be responsible for conducting business valuations, performing financial modeling, and providing analytical support across various valuation projects. The role involves collaborating with clients, preparing detailed valuation reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and valuation methodologies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Valuation and Valuation methodologies
• Strong Analytical Skills and Financial Modeling expertise
• Solid understanding of Finance principles and concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a valuation or finance role is highly desirable
• CFA Level II cleared will be preferred
