We are seeking an experienced Nexthink UXM Expert - User Experience Designer to join our team. As a Nexthink UXM Expert, you will be responsible for designing and improving the user experience of our digital workplace, leveraging Nexthink's analytics and automation capabilities to drive user-centered solutions.
Key Responsibilities:_
- Analyze Nexthink data to identify user experience pain points
- Design and implement user experience improvements using Nexthink's automation feature
- Develop and maintain Nexthink dashboards and reports to measure user experience metrics
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with Nexthink
- Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions
- Stay up-to-date with Nexthink product updates and best practices.
Requirements:_
- 8+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on UXM
- 4+ year of experience with Nexthink, or similar digital workplace analytics tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
- Configuring and developing New Workflows
- Powershell scripting for Nexthink remote actions
- design, architect Nexthink rollout and upgrades
- implementing and designing dashboards.
_Nice to Have:
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) principles
- Knowledge of REST APIs
- security and identity integration such as Azure Entra
-General knowledge on Chatbots
