UX/UI Design Intern

Role Description

This is an on-site internship role based in Hyderabad for a UX/UI Design Intern. The intern will assist in designing user-centered interfaces, creating mockups and prototypes, and improving the user experience across Urban Schools platforms. Daily tasks will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to research user needs, conceptualize designs, and contribute to front-end development projects to bring design ideas to life.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in UI/UX and User Experience Design (UED) principles
• Hands-on experience with Figma (components, variants, auto-layout)
• Ability to design clean, modern mobile interfaces
• Experience with wireframing, user flows, and interactive prototyping
• Proficiency in creating mockups and visual design elements
• Bonus: Interest in motion design and micro-interactions
• Familiarity with additional design tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.) is a plus.
• Curious, creative, and eager to learn
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team
