Your Role & Impact

As a UI/UX Developer , you will bridge the gap between design and development. Youll own the end-to-end product interface journey from user research and prototyping to ensuring seamless, pixel-perfect implementation with engineering teams.

• UI/UX Design: Create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces for apps and web platforms .
• Figma Expertise: Use Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design system management.
• Vector Creation: Design icons, illustrations, and scalable vector graphics that enhance the product experience.
• Front-End Collaboration: Work with developers to ensure smooth handoff, responsive layouts, and pixel-perfect execution.
• UX Research: Conduct user journey mapping, A/B testing, and usability studies to refine designs.
• Accessibility & Consistency: Build user-centric designs aligned with accessibility standards and brand guidelines.
• Continuous Improvement: Innovate with motion design, micro-interactions, and modern UI patterns to elevate user engagement.

What Were Looking For

• Education: Any Graduate (Design/Tech certifications are a plus).
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in UI/UX design for apps and product interfaces .
• Must-Have Skills:
• Strong command of Figma for UI/UX workflows.
• Proficiency in vector creation tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar).
• Bonus Skills (Preferred):
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) to support implementation.
• Experience in motion design / micro-interactions (After Effects, Lottie).
• Exposure to EdTech platforms or B2C apps .
• Portfolio: Demonstrated work in product/app design showcasing user-centered problem solving.
