Key Requirements:
- 23 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Solid understanding of User-Centric Design principles
- Experience working with AI-powered design tools to enhance workflow and innovation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web and/or mobile design projects
Responsibilities:
- Create wire frames, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers
- Maintain design consistency and usability standards
