User Experience Designer

Role Summary: Senior UX Designer

Lead the design strategy and UX vision for complex digital products, ensuring alignment between user needs and business goals. Drive the end-to-end design processfrom research and ideation to executionwhile collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product/Engineering) to solve complex usability challenges and ensure a seamless, cohesive user experience.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Lead mobile-first design strategy and ensure a cohesive UX ecosystem.
• Conduct usability testing and research (qualitative/quantitative).
• Drive design from ideation to execution, developing high-level concepts/flows.
• Collaborate within an Agile framework and effectively present to stakeholders.
• Manage design systems, advocate for best practices/accessibility, and use UX metrics for iteration.

What We're Looking For (Required Qualifications)

• 6+ years of impactful UX design experience; compelling UX/UI portfolio.
• Deep mastery of UX/UI principles, industry tools (Figma), and Agile methodologies (JIRA).
• Proficiency in qualitative/quantitative research and multi-device design.
• Proven ability to balance business goals with user needs.
• Strong visual/interaction skills, data-informed decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Exceptional communication (presentation) skills; proactive, adaptable, and a team-excelling self-starter.
