US Recruiter

Job Summary:

RGBSI is seeking an Entry- to Mid-Level US Recruiter to support hiring for IT, engineering and manufacturing roles across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle, familiarity with US tax terms, and excellent communication skills. This role requires close collaboration with hiring managers and candidates to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for IT, engineering and manufacturing positions in the US market
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requirement intake to offer coordination
• Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone or video
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and recruitment trackers
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Ensure compliance with US hiring practices and documentation requirements
• Communicate effectively with candidates regarding job details, compensation, and process updates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 04 years of experience in US recruitment (entry to mid-level)
• Experience recruiting for engineering or manufacturing roles
• Good understanding of US tax terms such as W2, C2C, 1099
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic ATS tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with US clients or staffing firms
• Knowledge of visa categories (H1B, OPT, GC, etc.) is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
