Job Description
Seeking experienced US Recruiters ready to transition from agency staffing to client-side internal hiring. Remote role supporting San Francisco Bay Area recruitment for a leading global semiconductor company. Great growth opportunity.
Role: US Staffing Talent Sourcing Specialist
Experience: 36 Years (Mandatory US Staffing Experience)
Preference: Candidates with Semiconductor hiring experience
Qualification: Bachelors / Masters Degree
Key Responsibilities:
Manage sourcing activities as per defined SOPs and policies
Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates for US requirements
Build and maintain passive candidate pipelines for W2 roles
Collaborate with recruiters to resolve hiring challenges
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
Ensure timely communication and excellent candidate experience
Work with TA tools, systems, and recruitment technologies
Extract and analyze recruitment data as required
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of US staffing & sourcing strategies
Excellent screening and candidate evaluation skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Problem-solving mindset and ability to follow SOPs
Detail-oriented, agile, and quick learner
Positive attitude and team player.
