US Payroll Specialist

We are looking for an experienced US Payroll Processing Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in ADP RUN, Paychex , and advanced payroll reporting using Excel and Google Sheets . The ideal candidate should have end-to-end US payroll experience and the ability to manage payroll operations efficiently at scale.

• Process bi-weekly / semi-monthly payroll for 200+ US employees
• Hands-on payroll processing using ADP RUN and Paychex
• Perform payroll data validation, reconciliations, and variance analysis using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
• Handle federal, state, and local tax compliance
• Manage payroll adjustments, corrections, and off-cycle runs
• Coordinate with HR and Finance for employee data, benefits, and payroll changes
• Prepare payroll reports, dashboards, and summaries for management
• Support payroll audits and ensure compliance with US labor laws and payroll regulations

• 3+ years of experience in US Payroll Processing
• Strong working knowledge of ADP RUN and Paychex
• Experience managing payroll for 200+ employees
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data validation)
• Strong understanding of US payroll taxes, filings, and compliance
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Multi-state US payroll experience
• Experience with payroll reconciliations and variance reporting
• Prior experience working with US clients or US-based companies
• Exposure to benefits administration and year-end payroll activities
