Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and hands-on experience in closing Non-IT roles across various domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle US Non-IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
• Screen, interview, and submit qualified candidates to clients
• Coordinate with BDMs and account managers on active requirements
• Manage candidate documentation and submission process
• Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring cycle
• Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets
• Ensure compliance with US staffing guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 13 years of experience as a US Non-IT Recruiter
• Strong knowledge of US Non-IT roles (Admin, Healthcare, Clerical, Logistics, Light Industrial, Customer Support, etc.)
• Good understanding of US recruitment process and terminology
• Experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in US shifts
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with VMS/MSP requirements
• Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools
• Ability to close positions within tight timelines
