Job Title: US Non-IT Recruiter (W2 Hiring Focus)

Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad (Strictly Onsite Only)

Shift: US EST Time Zone

Employment Type: Full-Time


Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced US IT / Non-IT Recruiter with 5+ years of hands-on recruiting experience in the US staffing market . This role is ideal for a strong individual contributor who has successfully handled end-to-end W2 hiring and has a solid understanding of US hiring practices, visa classifications, and tax terms .

The recruiter will independently manage requirements, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and close positions while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and clients.


Note: This role is strictly onsite. Candidates must have proven W2 hiring experience and an existing candidate database.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US Non-IT/ IT roles (W2 focus)
  • Analyze job requirements and source qualified candidates using multiple channels
  • Screen candidates for skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up through selection and onboarding
  • Negotiate compensation and close candidates within client budgets and timelines
  • Work closely with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients
  • Build and maintain long-term vendor and candidate relationships
  • Track submissions, interviews, and placements to meet hiring targets
  • Stay updated on US visa types, tax terms, and staffing compliance


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a US Non-IT Recruiter
  • Strong hands-on experience with W2 hiring (USC, GC, H1B)
  • Solid understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
  • Working knowledge of US visa classifications (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, TN)
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Proven experience working with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder , etc.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring for niche or hard-to-fill IT and Non-IT roles
  • Track record of consistent closures and high submission ratios
  • Experience using ATS systems and MS Office tools
  • Strong networking and candidate pipeline management skills
